Tutoring
Get specialize support at Aspire Learning Hub. We specialize in Orton-Gillingham (OG) tutoring. It is a structured, multi-sensory, and evidence-based
approach designed to help students, especially those with dyslexia, develop reading,
writing, and spelling skills.

Teaching Staff
Sandra Walton is an experienced special education teacher and former private school director with deep expertise in supporting diverse learners.
Sandra brings warmth, creativity, and strong motivation strategies to her work with students, and we’re so lucky to have her leading the academic side of our hub.

Orton- Gillingham

Based on Orton-Gillingham methodology, developed by neurologist Dr. Samuel Orton and educator Anna Gillingham.

Explicit, systematic phonics instruction tailored to each student’s individual needs.

One-on-one tutoring sessions, each lasting one hour, with at least one hour of prep for personalized instruction.

Multisensory teaching techniques (visual, auditory, and kinesthetic) to reinforce learning and memory.

Recommended frequency: Minimum of two sessions per week for consistent progress.

Continuous assessment and adaptation to support student mastery.

Ideal for students with dyslexia or language-based learning challenges, but beneficial for all learners.

Delivered by a certified practitioner who foster a patient, supportive, and empowering environment.
